Subject of the procurement: Call for tenders for the provision of procurement expertise
Purpose of the procurement: one of the basic principles of CESCI as a public benefit association is the transparent use of public funds, including the conduct of high quality, corruption-free, reasonably budgeted procurements. To this end, CESCI intends to use the assistance of a procurement expert in the #ACCESS project, under the conditions set out in the call for tenders, to ensure the correct selection of economic operators for the various activities.

Subject of the procurement: Implementation of a billboard campaign within the #ACCESS project – Promoting legal accessibility along the Slovak-Hungarian border.
Purpose of the procurement: The bid aimed to contract a service provider for the implementation of a billboard advertising campaign as part of the #ACCESS project. Through targeted promotional efforts, the initiative sought to raise awareness and inform the public about the project’s objectives and activities, thereby contributing to the elimination of legal and administrative barriers at the Slovak-Hungarian border.

In addition to these campaigns, the Contracting Authority intends to produce a campaign video to promote the project, for which it intends to engage an external expert in the framework of this procedure.
