The region’s tourist brochure “Bienvenue dans la Grande Région” makes it easier for tourists to find their way around and to get to know the neighbouring cultures. It describes the Greater Region, the major towns and their historical background, the Greater Region’s UNESCO World Heritage sites, local industry, famous people, food and local specialities, different animal species, hiking, sports, transport, holidays, music, architecture and tales/legends of the region.
