Art of Cooperation conference (2024)

Örömmel jelentjük be, hogy a 2023-ban sikeresen debütált Art of Cooperation konferencia idén is megrendezésre kerül. A Széchenyi Programiroda (SZPI) és a Külgazdasági és Külügyminisztérium által, ezúttal a Régiók Európai Bizottságával (RB), a Határon Átnyúló Kezdeményezések Közép-európai Segítő Szolgálatával (CESCI), az Európai Határmenti Régiók Szövetségével (AEBR) és a Magyar Fejlesztési Támogatási Irodával (MFOI) partnerségben, a magyar EU-elnökség hivatalos partnerrendezvényeként megrendezett 2024-es konferencia a kohéziós politika jövőjével, különösen az európai területi együttműködéssel foglalkozik.

Ez az alkalom egyben az Európai Határon Átnyúló Együttműködési Platform elindítását is jelenti, amely az RB és partnerei, a CESCI, az AEBR és a MOT új kezdeményezése, és amely a határon átnyúló együttműködés szereplőit fogja össze az EU egész területéről és azon túlról, hogy a határon átnyúló közösségek egységesen léphessenek fel az uniós színtéren.

Tartson velünk Budapesten, ahol az összes Interreg-program résztvevői, regionális fejlesztési szakértők, érdekeltek, döntéshozók és kutatók Európa-szerte azért gyűlnek össze, hogy a 2027+ programozási időszak legaktuálisabb témáit, valamint a végrehajtással kapcsolatos aktuális témákat járják körül.

A november 13-i első este a Pálfi István-díj átadására kerül sor, amely külön regisztrációhoz kötött. A díj célja a határon átnyúló együttműködésben dolgozó szakemberek munkájának elismerése. A második napon, a nyitó előadások és panelbeszélgetések után délután három párhuzamos rendezvényre kerül sor: Interreg workshopok, a CESCI jogi akadályok kezelésével foglalkozó ülései, valamint az MFOI programja, amely további betekintést nyújt a regionális fejlesztés, a közvetlenül kezelt uniós alapok, a kohézió és a versenyképesség témakörébe, reflektálva Magyarország uniós elnökségi prioritásaira. Ez utóbbi egyben a Régiók és Városok Európai Hete hivatalos kísérő rendezvénye is.

Az érdeklődők számára pénteken Esztergom és Párkány határ menti térségébe szerveznek tanulmányutat.

Background Agenda & Registration Practical informations

Within the framework of the Art of Cooperation conference, a pivotal event organised for the Hungarian presidency of the Council of the European Union by the Széchenyi Programme Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, in partnership with the European Committee of the Regions, the Central European Service for Cross-Border Initiatives, the Association of European Border Regions, and the Hungarian Development Promotion Office, CESCI organises a session dedicated to the #ACCESS project.

The initiative, implemented by CESCI and CESCI Carpathia and co-financed by the Slovakia-Hungary Interreg VI-A program, seeks to facilitate smoother cross-border interactions and promote mutual understanding by identifying and solving administrative and legal obstacles. Attendees of this session will gain valuable perspectives on enhancing legal accessibility and fostering cooperation that enriches the lives of citizens living along the Benelux, Nordic and Slovak-Hungarian border through presenting good practices and models of cross-border management of persisting legal and administrative obstacles. Join us as we work towards a more integrated and cooperative Europe!

The session aims to present existing good practices and models of cross-border management of persisting legal and administrative obstacles. The speakers will present the Benelux and the Nordic models and the project “#ACCESS – Promotion of legal accessibility across the Slovak-Hungarian border” implemented by CESCI and CESCI Carpathia and co-financed by the Slovakia-Hungary Interreg VI-A programme.

Towards a new European mechanism

The session aims to give an overview of the efforts made by the European Commission and the EU presidencies to eliminate the legal and administrative obstacles, including the Cross-Border Review project and the Communication “Boosting Growth and Cohesion in EU Border Regions”, the Border Focal Point, the b-solutions initiative, the Interreg Specific Objective 1, and the proposal on a mechanism facilitating cross-border solutions, etc. The speakers will also reflect on the future perspectives of the FCBS proposal.
